PK-L/PKT-L – Thùng chứa mẫu

The Sample Collector (PK-L/PKT-L) is designed for automatic loading of powder and fine granulates into sample containers.

• There are roller lines for empty and full sample containers.
• The empty sample containers are placed on a slightly declined roller/gravity line leading to a turn table with fixtures for the containers.
• A gear motor with brake rotates the turn table in position for filling one container at the time.
• The container in the filling position is lifted up against a gasket (PK-L version).
• In the PKT-L version all filled containers are lifted against gaskets when the turn table is not rotating. This ensures sealed containers.
• A sensor detects a full container and the turn table rotates the next container into filling position.
• The filled containers are moved into the horizontal receiving roller line.
• Empty and full sample containers can be added and taken out as required.
• As an option the containers can be fitted with a chip for electronic identification of each container.
• Enclosure and turn table are made in stainless material.
