PK/PKT – Sample Collector
- Automatic filling of powdered and fine granulated material into containers

Principles of operation
General description
- The sample containers are placed on a turn table with fixtures for each container.
- A gear-motor with brake rotates the turn table in position for filling one container at the time.
- The container, in the filling position is lifted up against a gasket (PK version).
- In the PKT version all containers are lifted against gaskets when the turn table is not rotating. This ensures sealed containers.
- A sensor detects a full container and the turn table rotates the next container into filling position.
- The filled containers are removed from the PK/PKT through a hatch in the top of the Sample Collector. A safety switch ensures no rotation when the hatch is open.
- All functions can be activated locally with a control panel placed on the front of the sample collector.
