VK – Máy nghiền trục kép

The Twin Roll Crusher (VK) is designed for particle size reduction of hard and semi-hard material like coal, coke, cement clinker, limestone, gypsum and different types of ore.

The Twin Roll Crusher can reduce particle top size up to five times – depending on the model the inlet top size can be up to 300 mm.

Material is fed by gravity to the inlet chamber at the top from where it is dragged into the crushing zone by the action of the two counter-rotating rolls. The two rolls are driven individually and for soft material asynchronously, which provides a unique self-cleaning action.

The rolls are available in a variety of geometry with smooth or toothed crushing surface. The roll geometry and rotation speed is configured depending on the specific project requirements.

Adjustment of the crushing characteristics is possible by adjusting the distance between the rolls.

The machine is equipped with two torque switches to prevent damages when a hard object is accidently dropped into it (e.g. a tool).
